Content: Glass jar with mesh lid, 20g alfalfa seeds and a drawstring bag

Sprouting Instructions:

1. Put 1 teaspoon of seeds into the jar and rinse them gently with filtered water.

2. Soak the seeds with filtered water overnight (6-8hours).

3. Drain the water and rinse the seeds. Then tilt the jar and place it in a small bowl. Repeat these steps 2-3 times a day.

4. The seeds will sprout in 1-2 days and will be ready to harvest in 7 days.

種子發芽步驟:

1. 將一茶匙種子放進罐內，並用過濾水沖洗。

2. 將種子用過濾水浸過夜（6-8小時)。

3. 隔走水份再沖洗種子，然後將罐打斜放碗仔內，每天重複這步驟2-3次。

4. 種子會於1-2天內發芽，並於7天內可收成享用。
