Course Objective: Enable participants to have sufficient knowledge to manage a plot of farmland.

Teaching Medium: Cantonese (English course can be organised with 6 or more participants)
7 Oct 2022: Introduction to organic farming, farming plan and sowing
21 Oct 2022: Organic fertiliser and application
4 Nov 2022: Soil management and composting
18 Nov 2022: Organic diseases and insect control
2 Dec 2022: Introduction and application of climbing structure
16 Dec 2022: Seedling nurturing techniques and crop rotation
Our instructor pays equal attention to theory and practice, which not only allows participants to have an in-depth understanding of the theories and principles behind organic farming, but also ensures that the lessons learned in the course can be put into practice. Upon completion of the course, participants will have sufficient knowledge to manage a plot. Each of the participants will be assigned a plot of 40 square feet to practise.
Class notes, seed, seedlings, fertilisers and farm tools will be provided.
Course Fee: HK$2,160 (HK$360/1 lesson)
