在為期3天的「小農夫夏令營」中,孩子們將融入大自然的懷抱,學習直接從土地中收獲食物的快樂。通過互動式的學習和創作活動,他們將:

🌱 了解有機農業和永續發展的原則

🎨 發揮創意,用藝術和音樂表達與大自然的連結

🍴 學習種植自己的蔬菜,並參與健康美味的烹飪

最重要的是,孩子們將在這個充滿挑戰和發現的環境中,培養團隊意識和合作精神。

日期

Camp A: 2024年7月8日至10日

Camp B: 2024年7月29日至31日

Camp C: 2024年8月12日至14日

每日活動時間: 上午9:30 - 下午4:00

適合年齡: 6-12歲

每營名額: 15人

活動地點: 錦田大江埔383E某畝農莊 (集合地點:錦上路港鐵站)

活動5大主題:

主題1: 小農夫體驗:

  • 種植、澆水和照顧植物

  • 學習實踐有機耕種

主題2: 創意藝術手工與音樂探索

  • 以自然為靈感的藝術工作坊

  • 使用回收材料製作環保手工藝品及樂器

主題3: 大自然烹飪

  • Farm to Table 烹飪課程

  • 實踐可持續飲食

主題4: 自然探索和生態

  • 透過實地考察,了解農場的生物多樣性及生態系統

主題5: 環保及可持續生活

  • 堆肥、回收和減廢的工作坊

  • 實踐可持續生活的技巧

語言

  • 活動以廣東話和英語並行,以適應所有參與者。

費用

  • 每位3,200港元(包括農場入場費、活動費用、素食午餐和往返錦上路港鐵站的接駁巴士服務)

  • 網上付款報名後,48小時內會有職員聯絡參加者確認

惡劣天氣安排

  • 如於活動舉行前2小時,天文台發出的以下天氣警告及信號,仍然有效:

(a) 三號或以上颱風訊號----活動將會改期或取消

(b) 黑色或紅色暴雨警告----仍然有效,活動將會改期或取消

(c) 雷暴警告----活動將如期舉行,惟會因應活動性質,作出節目上的調動

(d) 酷熱天氣警告----活動將如期舉行,惟會因應活動性質,作出節目上的調動

  • 如活動因前述情況而取消,將會另選日期舉行,如無法延期,將每日每人扣除100元行政費,其餘所繳費用,將獲發還。

  • 如參加者單方面取消活動,則所繳費用,將不獲發還。

  • 如於活動期間,受天氣或突發事件影響,農場有權終止活動,或作出節目上的調動並不會安排退款。

Little Farmer Adventure Summer Day Camp 2024 🌱✨

Are you ready to be embraced by nature? This summer, let's explore the mysteries of organic farming and sustainable living together!

In the 3-day "Little Farmer Adventure Day Camp", children will immerse themselves in nature's embrace and learn the joy of harvesting directly from the land. Through interactive learning and creative activities, they will:

🌱 Understand the principles of organic farming and sustainability

🎨 Unleash their creativity, expressing their connection to nature through art and music

🍴 Learn to grow their own veggies and participate in healthy, delicious farm to table cooking

Most importantly, children will cultivate a sense of community and teamwork in this challenging yet rewarding environment.

Age Group: 6-12 years old

Maximum Participants: 15 pax per camp

Dates

- Camp A: 2024 July 8 - 10

- Camp B: 2024 July 29 - 31

- Camp C: 2024 August 12 - 14

Daily Schedule

Time: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)

Key Activities Throughout the Camp

1. Hands-On Farming Experience

- Planting, watering, and caring for plants

- Learning about organic farming practices

2. Creative Arts and Crafts

- Nature-inspired art workshops

- Eco-friendly crafting using recycled materials

3. Cooking and Nutrition

- Farm-to-table cooking sessions

- Importance of healthy eating and sustainable food practices

4. Nature Exploration and Ecology

- Wildlife observation and biodiversity workshops

- Understanding ecosystems and the role of different species

5. Sustainable Living

- Workshops on composting, recycling, and reducing waste

- Practical tips for living sustainably

Location

- Somewhere to Grow, 383E, Tai Kong Po Village, Kam Tin, Yuen Long

Language

- The camp will be conducted in both English and Cantonese to accommodate all participants.

Fees

- Each participant: HKD 3,200 (inclusive of farm entry fee, activity costs, vegetarian lunch, and shuttle bus service between the farm and Kam Sheung Road MTR station)

- After online registration and payment, staff will contact participants to confirm within 48 hours.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

If the following weather warnings and signals issued by the Hong Kong Observatory are still in effect 2 hours before the event is scheduled to be held:

(a) Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above - the event will be postponed or cancelled.

(b) Black or Red Rainstorm Warning - the event will be postponed or cancelled.

(c) Thunderstorm Warning - the event will proceed as scheduled, but the program may be adjusted accordingly.

(d) Very Hot Weather Warning - the event will proceed as scheduled, but the program may be adjusted accordingly.

If the event is cancelled due to the above situations, a new date will be scheduled to hold the event. If it cannot be rescheduled, a $100 administrative fee per person will be deducted from the fees already paid, and the remainder will be refunded.

If participants unilaterally cancel the event, the fees paid will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances during the event period, the farm reserves the right to terminate the event or make program adjustments, and no refunds will be arranged.
